Twisted Sanctuary

When the rules are so unwritten, that they are in fact literally not written, they're not so much rules as they are 'something you thought about once that might have seemed like it was vaguely worth mentioning, but not in fact important enough to get around to' or, you know, 'something that had never occurred to anyone before someone else pushed the envelope just a little too far'.
