When I hear the clock ticking,
It's a relief.
It should be scary,
Hearing time fly by.

But it's a relief.
When I hear the clock ticking,
It means she's resting, sleeping, peaceful
No pain, no nausea, no fear.

I hear the clock ticking,
I hope.
