I haven't done much besides update with fics lately, but for anyone who's interested. I'm once again an Admin at The Dark Lords Council - the effin' coolest general discussion message board on the internet.
And that's what I'm here to talk to you about. Because if you're reading this then the odds are good that you're on my friends list, and if you're on my flist then that generally means that I find you cool for some reason. You post pretty icons, you share my interests, you post fics that I like tostalk read, you have opinions that I respect, or I just generally think you're a cool person.
Therefor as someone that I think of with a certain amount of respect or fondness I'd like to invite you to the DLC. From August 29 - 31, we're having a postfest - which is basically a crazy posting party. It's pretty fun in an insane kind of way. It's also a great way to get familiar with the DLC. Postfests are kind of like the general purpose of the board condensed down into lots and lots of rabid posting.
But what is the DLC you ask? It's a general message board with a very strong fandom influence. It's open to people from any fandom, and to people who just want to hang out with other cool funny people. It has forums dedicated to tv shows in general, as well as movies, music, Science Fiction/Fantasy TV. It also has forums specifically for Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Comics/Superheroes, fan fiction, fan art and much much more.
So once again, I invite you all to come and check this place out. :D I hope to see ya'll there.
