My immediate first impression:
It's so much lighter than I expected! Granted, editing. But just the general impression the teaser is giving off is way more fun than what I was expecting what with the dead body and the Gina/Ani, Ani/Lara angst. I mean, it may still be coming, but yeah.
Loved the "Coming Soonish" at the end!
OMG, it's so pretty! And I don't mean just the cast. I'm not one to get off on how things are shot unless something is particularly atrocious, but wow. All the little glimpses that I got so far are just absolutely gorgeous. It's like dessert for your eyes!
And how much did I love Gina threatening Lara if she hurt Ani. I mean, hypocritical, but I still love it.
So the only other dialog is Guya telling The Colonel that she and the kids would be there for him, if he let them. Which is interesting. I thought the whole dead body thing was just going to be between Gina and the Colonel, but that makes me wonder. Unless he has something else going on too.
And the bit where Wes Ramsey says "be careful what you wish for" while sounding suitable ominous. No clue what that's about, unless Sami/Owen or something, but I liked WR on GL so I'm looking forward to that too!
Now I just want soonish to come sooner! Thoughts?
