What I should be - but am not - writing now

• fanfic100 is an ongoing thing for me.  At this point, I think I only have like twenty fics left to write, but I'd still like to finish it up some time in the first half of this year.  I've only had this going for close to two years now.  I seem to be putting it off at the moment to write other stuff.
  
• I have about 6,000 words of my Epic Proportions fic written out of about 20,000, but I seem to be stalled on that for now.  I just can't seem to get back into the groove of writing that.  At least I have until April to finish it, but I need to start now because, yikes!
• Of course, I'm also writing a Kate/Ziva fic for the ncis_femslash ficathon, which is proving to be a challenge.  I've been wanting to write a Kate/Ziva fic for a while now but I'm having more problems than I thought not getting it all bogged down in "Kate's alive" issues, and I'm freaky out muchly about just writing Kate, because it's been literal years since I've watched any episodes that she was in and I'm not sure how good of a grip that I have on the character. March 1st.
  
• And today I signed up for femme_fic's ficathon.  Which sounds like a lot of fun and I'm hoping that I get a prompt that'll get my brain going again.  I really like ficathon's generally because while I stress about the deadline and all that, I've also written some of the fics that I like the most and am proudest of for them.  So...yeah.  Thank goodness, this isn't due until the end of March.
  
• There's also the little matter of the "Thirty-One Slices" for passion_perfect in March when NCIS will be the highlighted fandom of the month.  I'm hoping that other folks will volunteer to write some of them, but I really have to get started writing, something, anything like really soon.
