I think you should do the banner so it automatically rotates, and then you won't have to choose.
Look at this:
http://www.broodingdetective.com/misc/ncisbanners/rotate.php
If you like it, you can insert that URL into the banner spot, just like a regular image. Just ending in php instead of jpg or png. :)
