In other entirely unrelated news, I am working on sending out the ficathon masterlist but it's going out in pieces because apparently I'm only able to sit down at my computer for five minutes at a time so if you haven't gotten your assignment yet, but your friend has, don't worry. It's coming. Some time soon.

Yeesh!

The good news is that I finally, finally, finally came up with an idea for a Hollows fic for dogged_by_muses.  I knew I wanted to right something in the Return to the Hollows universe, but I've been stumped for a while now. I'm not sure how good the idea is, or whether people are going to like it, but by golly I at least have an idea now! Thank goodness! I was afraid I was going to have to bail on that one!

Now I just have to finish this NCIS fic. I was just going to write this kind of short, insane, action/adventure piece and it's turned into this long(er) thing. It's clocking at over 5,000 words and I'm not done yet!  I have got to wrap this up.  What I'm happy about is that it's a little different, I think, from any NCIS fic that I've written before. After around a hundred fics that's kind of saying something.  It's a little bit scary though too. I'm not sure how good it is or if the characterizations are still working for it.  

Hopefully I can get it wrapped up soon and talk someone into beta'ing it for me.  This whole fic is just kind of so surreal for me I really have no idea how it's going to turn out, lol.
