I take it back. It's a really quick fix. In the Customization Wizard, go to Custom CSS. In the box labelled "Custom stylesheet", insert the following code:

.pageheaderblock {background-image: url("IMAGE"); background-position: top center; background-repeat: no-repeat; padding-top: HHHpx;}

Replace IMAGE with the url address of your header. Replace HHH with the height of your header image plus 5px. You can change the number until you get the spacing you want between your header and title lines.

Click save changes and you should be good to go. Email me or send me a message through LJ if you run into any problems.
