Fic related question.

Disclaimer: I ask this question for purely hypothetical reasons, because I need to know for a fic. Never fear that someone was actually dumb enough to leave their child - especially one this young - in my sole care. Because they weren't and if they were I would have refused. So there.

The question: Should a one year old kid be sleeping on their back or their stomach? I feel like this is important at some point in a baby's life, like bad things could happen if you didn't do it the right way, but I don't know which one is the right way.  Or does it not matter by the time the kid's one?

by the time they are one, it doesn't really matter, I mean no gigantic comforters or anything, but they pretty much toss and turn on their own by that time, so its no biggie.

Awesome! Thank you for the help. I just didn't want to have this little detail in there that totally ruined the mood of the fic for everyone because they were worried about the baby, you know?
