Oh yeah, I definitely think that conversation couldn't have taken place before Natalia and before Olivia had grown and changed so much with her.

I think Ava being able to see some similarities between her situation and the one with Francesca really helped her to understand and appreciate Olivia more.

I can understand why they didn't have a good relationship in the beginning but I still don't think Ava gives Olivia full credit or even acknowledgment for certain things, not out of malice but just because it's easier.
